dv4mini running on RaspberryPi

Did you know that our Sutro System Fusion repeater can be accessed from all over the world? Did you know that you can always keep in touch (in digital mode) with your friends in the city while you travel? Did you know that if you build a dv4mini hotspot you can use your radio to access thousands of hams all over the world?

In this tutorial I will show you how to setup a portable dv4mini hotspot using a RaspberryPi.

Here is what we need: a) any System Fusion Radio, b) a RaspberryPi 3, c) the dv4mini (2m or 70cm), d) a microSD card at least 8GB
The microSD is used to store the operating system that the RaspberryPi is running, in this case a flavor of linux, as well as the dv4mini software that controls your transmit / receive functions.

Installing the operating system
