A.R.R.L. San Francisco Section Manager,  Bill Hillendahl, KH6GJV paid the club a visit. It was ARRL 101, but all of us learned something new.

Ron Morehen, the son of silent key SFARC member Hensley Morehen WA6DJI presents us with the long lost  forgotten Club's Hall of Fame Plaque. The last engraving took place in 1983 for Ron's departed father. Prior to Hensley on receiving this recognition,  were Bip Bachman, W6BIP in 1980, Lammy Yeoman W6URA, Fay Elzey W6FAX, Bill Green W6BYS, and Wally Buckley W6GGC in 1979. All are silent keys.

Who will be next for the SFARC Hall-of-Fame recognition in 2008??

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of the former treasurer of the Club, Robert Miche KO6AI... now SK. He will be missed. Robert had been active with the SFARC for 20 years.
